D. Parker Moring, Jr., is a New Orleans native and serves as Senior Managing Director with over a decade of appraisal experience. As an MAI Designated Member, Parker can handle a variety of complex appraisal assignments including but not limited to commercial, residential, industrial, and special purpose properties across Louisiana.

In addition to appraisals, Parker provides comprehensive consulting and auxiliary valuation services such as fractional interest valuations, tax credit valuations, feasibility studies, and market studies. Parker is also bilingual, having received degrees in History and Spanish from Hampden Sydney College and an MBA from IAE Business School in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
