Our Appraisers

Looking for the power and resources of a large firm, paired with the freedom and creativity of a small business? That’s the balance we strike at Mosaic.

Appraisers at Mosaic enjoy flexible work locations and hours, intellectual challenges, an inside look at property financials and market activity, and a diverse portfolio of property types to inspect and value. They also benefit from Errors and Omissions insurance and our in-office research staff. We provide working conditions that offer ample opportunity for career longevity and satisfaction.

While income varies by experience and designation, the key factors are the volume and complexity of work, as well as the appraiser’s desired level of work-life balance. Our appraisers have the ability to shape their own futures through partnership and equity opportunities as their careers advance.

In order of appraisal career progression, Mosaic Property Valuations offers these positions: intern, market researcher/analyst, trainee, appraiser, senior appraiser, director, and senior managing director/principal.

We truly love appraising and take pride in our expertise. We get excited about tough assignments and complex valuations because we love solving problems. We enjoy being the best at what we do and working with others who are just as passionate. This is reflected in our independence—we don’t have a brokerage attached, so we are fully invested in valuation services.
