Appraisals provide an unbiased estimate of a property’s value, which is essential for financing, investment analysis, and property sales. This course will also review the Cost Approach, Sales Comparison Approach, and Income Approach and the importance of accurate appraisals in Commercial Real Estate.
Course approved for four (4) hours continuing education credit (LREC #0469) and is provided by Louisiana REALTORS® (#8090).
