Our Standards of Practice
The appraisal profession demands integrity on all levels. At a minimum, state-certified real estate appraisers must meet the criteria of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA). But at Mosaic, we believe in going above and beyond what is required.
