Presented by Brent Lancaster, President of Bobs Brooks School of Real Estate and Insurance, this in-person course is all about practical financial strategies, including tax considerations, cost segregation, depreciation, financing structures, 1031 exchanges, and opportunity zones, plus hands-on instruction using RPR® Commercial for site selection, demographics, property reports, and investment insights.
In addition, the course provides hands-on instruction in using RPR® Commercial to support smarter decision-making through site selection analysis, demographic insights, property reports, and investment data. Through live demonstrations, real-world scenarios, and actionable examples, attendees will learn how to combine financial knowledge with powerful market analytics to evaluate investments, guide clients, and uncover opportunities in any market.
